If you subscribe to Nudge Nudge (the app), you can use it, unrestricted, until that subscription period ends. You agree to be bound by these terms of service.

In App Pricing

  • The app is available as a free download with limited functionality, with an optional in-app purchase available.
  • All prices are shown in your local currency during purchase.
  • Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.
  • Payment will be charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is disabled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
  • You can manage and cancel your subscription within your Apple Account.
  • If you cancel during your current subscription period, you will maintain access to the advanced features until your subscription expires.
  • No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of a subscription.

User Rights

  • The app is available for all users of any age.
  • Users under 18 must have parent or guardian consent.

Acceptable Usage

  • You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose.
  • You agree not to reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code.
  • You agree not to use the app in any way that would cause damage or unintended burden on our infrastructure.

Changes to Service

We reserve the right to: modify or discontinue any part of the app, change subscription prices, update these terms with reasonable notice.

Limited Liability

The app is provided “as is” without any warranties or guarantees.

App Usage Termination

We reserve the right to suspend access to the app for violations of these terms for any reason at our discretion.
