Our Apps Never transmit your identifiable information anywhere! We work very hard to ensure our apps protect your privacy by never collecting or asking for any information that is not directly needed for the app’s core functionality to work.

Any usage analytics we may collect always prioritizes your privacy first. Our analytics collection is solely used to improve the app.

Personally-Identifying Information

Our apps do not gather or transmit any Personally-Identifying Information outside of your local device. It only stores preferences about the user interface within its own database. The content you create in our apps are stored in your personal iCloud and we cannot see or interact with it. Any information you create is never transmitted to anywhere.

Privacy Policy Changes

Although we strive to never update our Privacy Policy, any changes will be minor and at my sole discretion. Your continued use of this app after any change in the Privacy Policy signals your acceptance of any changes.

Indemnity

You hereby indemnify us and undertake to keep us indemnified against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses (including, without limitation, legal expenses and any amounts paid by us to a third party in settlement of a claim or dispute on the advice of our legal advisers) incurred or suffered by us arising out of any breach by you of any provision of these terms of use, or arising out of any claim that you have breached any provision of these terms of use.
